  • 1 (7 ounce.) Creamettes (elbows)
  • 2 cans (6 1/2 ounce.) solid white tuna in water (liquid removed)
  • 1 tomato, minced
  • 1 green pepper, cut in julienne strips
  • 1/2 c. whole pitted ripe olives
  • 8 to 10 radishes, sliced
  • 1/3 c. sliced green onions
  • 1/4 c. parsley, minced
  • 1/4 c. bottled Italian dressing
  • 1 to 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • Lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. Prepare Creamettes according to package. In large bowl combine noodles, tuna, tomatoes, pepper, olives, radishes and parsley.
  2. In small bowl add in remaining ingredients. Blend. Add in to noodle mix and toss gently. Refrigeratecovered. Serve in lettuce lined bowl. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
