Ingredients
- 2 c. canned pumpkin
- 1 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cilantro (fresh coriander) leaves, lime slices and red pepper flakes for garnish
Directions
- Stir together all ingredients except garnishes in a medium saucepan. Hot through over low heat, about 10 min, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately with garnishes.
