Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. nuts
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

Cream shortening and sugar. Add in other ingredients. Drop onto cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 min at 375 degrees. 4 dozen.
