Ingredients

1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water
3 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar or possibly baking pwdr
Dash of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Add in egg whites, water, salt, cornstarch and beat till really frothy. Gradually add in sugar while beating till very stiff. Put onto pie from edge to middle.
