Ingredients
- 8 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. water
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar or possibly baking pwdr
- Dash of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Add in egg whites, water, salt, cornstarch and beat till really frothy. Gradually add in sugar while beating till very stiff. Put onto pie from edge to middle.
