Ingredients
- 2 x ripe mangoes pitted, peeled,
- Â Â and diced
- 1 bn radishes trimmed, diced,
- Â Â (abt 1 1/2 c.)
- 1/4 c. chopped mint
- 1 pch dry red pepper flakes,
- Â Â or possibly freshly-grnd black pepper
Directions
- Stir together the mangoes, radishes and mint with dry red pepper flakes to taste. Refrigeratetill ready to serve.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
- Comments: Sweet, perfumy mangoes get a punch from the peppery bite of radishes and a healthy pinch of red pepper flakes. This is wonderful with meaty or possibly richly flavored fish such as swordfish or possibly salmon.
