  • 2 x ripe mangoes pitted, peeled,
  •     and diced
  • 1 bn radishes trimmed, diced,
  •     (abt 1 1/2 c.)
  • 1/4 c. chopped mint
  • 1 pch dry red pepper flakes,
  •     or possibly freshly-grnd black pepper

Directions

  1. Stir together the mangoes, radishes and mint with dry red pepper flakes to taste. Refrigeratetill ready to serve.
  2. This recipe yields 8 servings.
  3. Comments: Sweet, perfumy mangoes get a punch from the peppery bite of radishes and a healthy pinch of red pepper flakes. This is wonderful with meaty or possibly richly flavored fish such as swordfish or possibly salmon.
