Ingredients
- 1/2 c. ( 1 stick) butter, melted
- 6 c. Shredded cabbage
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- Â Â Salt & freshly grnd pepper
- 12 ounce Thin egg noodles, cooked
Directions
- Heat butter in large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add in cabbage and saute/fry till lightly browned, about 8 min. Fold in sugar, salt and pepper. Add in noodles and toss to combine. Reduce heat to low and stir till warmed through. Serve at once.
- Yield: 6 servings
