  • 3 c. Purchased mixed salad greens
  • 1 c. Sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. Turkey pepperoni, (34 slices)
  • 1/3 c. Crumbled feta cheese, (1 1/2 ounce)
  • 6 x Cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 med Green bell pepper, cut in thin strips
  • 1 can (2 1/4 ounce) sliced ripe olives, liquid removed
  • 1/3 c. Fat-free Italian salad dressing
  • 4 x 6" onion flavored pita pocket breads, halved

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except pita breads; mix well. Fill pita bread halves proportionately with salad mix.
  2. 8 sandwiches; 4 servings.
