  • 8 ounce rigatoni noodles cooked
  • 1 c. hormel pepperoni, cubed
  • 1/2 c. shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. onion, diced
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 c. minced fresh basil
  • 2 x cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 x 26 ounce jar spaghetti sauce
  • 2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Heat oven toe 375F. Layer half of the ingredients, in the order listed, in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan; repeat layers. Bake, uncovered 25-30 min till lightly browned.
