Ingredients
- 1 loaf frzn white bread dough
- 1 egg
- 5-6 slices sliced fairly thin provolone cheese
- 8-10 slices thin sliced salami
- 2-3 ounce. sliced pepperoni
- 4 ounce. shredded mozzarella cheese
- Oregano (not too heavy)
- Parsley
- Onion pwdr
- Garlic pwdr
- Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Defrost dough on greased round or possibly rectangular cookie sheet. Spread till thin as close to edges as possible. Beat egg and brush half of it over the dough. Alternate salami, pepperoni, and provolone over bread. Sprinkle all remaining ingredients over bread as for pizza. Roll like a jelly roll, covering dough with remaining egg after each turn. Seal ends and place seam side down. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 45 min.
