  • 1 chocolate cracker crust
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. Cold Whip
  • 1 c. crushed Brach's peppermint pcs, crushed with hammer
  • Semi-sweet chocolate bits

Directions

  1. Soften ice cream. Fold in Cold Whip and crushed peppermint. Pour into pie shell. Top with semi-sweet chocolate bits. Freeze for at least 30 min. Take out about 5 min before serving so you can cut it.
