  • 1 c. unbleached flour
  • 11 x peppermint candies crushed
  • 10 x egg whites whipped
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 375. Unprepared 10" tube pan. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, candy, baking pwdr, salt, and sugar. In another mixing bowl, combine egg whites, peppermint extract, and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just till moistened. Pour mix into unprepared pan. Bake for 30 min.
