Directions

  1. Cook the penne according to package directions. Three min before pasta is done, add in broccoli to the pasta; drain and return to pot.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat butter and oil over medium-high heat; add in garlic and minced pepper and cook till pepper is just tender. Add in vegetable mix to the liquid removed pasta and broccoli, tossing well. Season with cheese, salt and pepper.
