3 egg whites
1 teaspoon baking pwdr
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 ounce. German sweet chocolate bar
1/2 c. minced pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Directions

Beat egg whites and vanilla to soft peaks. Add in baking pwdr and 3/4 c. sugar. Mix in shaved chocolate (save 2 Tbsp. for topping) along with cracker crumbs and nuts. Put into greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Cold.
Whip cream with remaining 1 tsp. vanilla; add in 2 Tbsp. sugar. Spread whipped cream mix over dessert and sprinkle with reserved 2 Tbsp. chocolate.
