    If you use garlic, you have to see this! You can peel an ENTIRE head of garlic in just 30 seconds. It's amazing and it works..

          Great chef's trick! Works every time. Stainless steel is the way to go - light and they nest - using a pot and cover will work, but is very risky. Spring for a set of ss nesting bowls. Great tip.

            Incredible! I use all ceramic bowls but am heading to the dollar store to get a couple of SS ones just for this. Thanks for a great tip.
