If you use garlic, you have to see this! You can peel an ENTIRE head of garlic in just 30 seconds. It's amazing and it works..I've cooked/tasted this recipe!

Great chef's trick! Works every time. Stainless steel is the way to go - light and they nest - using a pot and cover will work, but is very risky. Spring for a set of ss nesting bowls. Great tip.I've cooked/tasted this recipe!
