Ingredients
- Â Â Filling
- 1/4 c. Margarine or possibly butter
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 3/4 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 c. Minced pecans
- Â Â Brownies
- 1 x 21 ounces pa Family size Deluxe Fudge Brownie
- Â Â Mix, or possibly any regular brownie recipe which
- Â Â Which fills a 9 x 13 baking pan.
- 1/2 c. Very warm water
- 1/4 c. Oil
- 1 x Egg
Directions
- Heat oven to 350. Grease bottom only of 13 X 9 pan. In med. saucepan, heat margarine, stir in flour till smooth. Add in brown sugar and 2 Large eggs and mix well. Cook over med-low heat for 5 min, stirring constantly. Remove from heat..stir in vanilla and pecans . Set aside.
- In large bowl, combine brownie ingredients and beat 50 strokes with a spoon. Spread in prepared pan. Spoon filling proportionately over top. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 min or possibly till set. Don't overbake....Cold completely and cut into 24 bars. This is really great with a scoop of vanilla ice cream but only for those who want a great brownie treat and not someone counting
