Ingredients
- butter
- All-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp. butter, softened
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 2 c. minced pecans
Directions
- Grease baking sheets with butter and dust with flour. Cream 2 Tbsp. butter, gradually add in sugar, beating well. Add in Large eggs and vanilla, mix well. Combine 1/2 c. flour, baking pwdr and salt. Add in to creamed mix. Mix well. Pour in pecans. 1 tsp. dough 3 inches apart. 400 degrees, 3 min or possibly till edges are lightly browned. 3 dozen.
