- 2 large eggs
- 2 c. minced pears
- 1 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 T water
- 1 healthy pinch nutmeg
- 2 c. self rising flour
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Beat large eggs in oil till foamy. Add in rest of ingredients. Bake in tube pan 50 to 60 min at 350 degrees.
