Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 dsh salt
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  •     peanut butter
  • 9 ounce hershey's chocolate bar
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Beat sugar, Large eggs, oil and vanilla well. Add in flour, salt, baking pwdr and lowfat milk; mix well. Spread mix in a 12x18 inch pan (only 1" deep). Bake at 350* for 15-20 min. While cake is still warm, spread peanut butter on top. Let cold. Heat chocolate bar in vegetable oil in microwave and spread on top of peanut butter when the cake is cold.
