Ingredients
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1/3 c. chunky or possibly reg. peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. reg. oats
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sugar, butter, peanut butter and egg. Stir in flour, oats, baking soda and salt. Spread in greased rectangular pan about 13x9x2 inches deep. Bake till golden, 17 to 22 min. Let cold.
