Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 2 c. lowfat milk chocolate chips
- 1 (15 ounce.) pkg. Crispix cereal
- 4 c. confectioners' sugar
Directions
- Heat butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips in small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Pour over cereal in large bowl; stir gently till coated. Place confectioners' sugar in large paper bag. Add in cereal mix to bag about 1/4 at a time; shake till coated. Spread on tray to cold and dry. Store in airtight container.
