  1. Cook sugar, cornstarch, Large eggs, salt and lowfat milk till thick. Remove and add in vanilla. Let cold. Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar together. Put half of the this mix into a baked pie shell. Then add in cooked pudding. Use the other half of peanut butter and powdered sugar mix on top.
