Ingredients
- 1 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 c. Corn syrup
- 1/2 c. Natural peanut butter
- 2 x Egg whites
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 1/3 c. Brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 c. Oats
Directions
- Combine flour and baking soda and set aside. Combine corn syrup and peanut butter and mix well. Add in egg whites, sugars and vanilla. Add in flour mix and mix well. Mix in oats. Drop by rounded tsp. on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in 375 degree oven for 8 min.
