  • 1 1/2 c. Nonfat dry lowfat milk solids
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 6 c. Cool water
  • 1/3 c. Peanut butter

Directions

  1. Combine lowfat milk solids and sugar; add in cool water, and shake or possibly beat till smooth. Add in a small amount of mix to peanut butter and mix till smooth. Continue adding lowfat milk till all the mix is used. Refrigeratethoroughly.
  2. Yield: 6 servings.
