- Peanut butter
- Large eggs
- Vanilla
- Lowfat milk
- Bread
Directions
- Spread bread with peanut butter like you would a sandwich. Top with second piece of bread.
- In mixing bowl combine Large eggs, vanilla (to taste) and 2 Tbsp. of lowfat milk. Put peanut butter sandwich in egg mix both sides. Fry in lightly buttered fry pan till golden. Add in butter, cinnamon, honey to taste. Great for snacks.
