  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 24 muffin c. with paper baking c.. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except peanut butter c. at low speed till moistened; beat 2 min at medium speed. Fill prepared muffin c. 2/3 full. Press a peanut butter c. into batter till top edge is even with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-28 min or possibly till cupcakes spring back when touched lightly. 24 cupcakes.
