Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Shorting or possibly, (half butter)
- 1/2 c. Peanut Butter
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar, (packed)
- 1 x Egg
- 1Â 1/4 c. Flour, sifted
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 3/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Directions
- Mix thoroughly wet ingredients Sift together dry ingredients and stir into wet Refrigeratedough,roll into balls (about the size of walnuts). Place 3" apart on a lightly greased baking sheet. Flatten the rolled dough balls with a fork which is dipped into flour, using a crisscross pattern. Bake till set, but not hard, in a 375 degree oven, for 10 to 12 min.
