Ingredients
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. shortening or possibly 3/4 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 2/3 c. Reese's peanut butter chips
- 1 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate pcs
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together flour and baking soda. In another bowl, beat shortening, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Add in Large eggs; beat well. Gradually add in flour mix, beating well. Stir in chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min or possibly till lightly browned. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
