Ingredients
- 3 c. peanut butter (store brand works best)
- 1 pound confectioners' sugar
- 1 1/4 c. non-fat dry lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 bag (16 ounce.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Heat butter. Mix together confectioners' sugar and dry lowfat milk. Add in peanut butter, then butter. Refrigerateon wax paper, then roll into balls. Refrigerateagain. Heat chips in double boiler. Roll balls in chocolate, chill.
