Ingredients
- 1 c. White sugar
- 1 c. Brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 c. Shortening
- 1/2 c. Peanut butter
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1Â 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 c. Quaker quick oats
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Roll in small balls and mash with a fork dipped in sugar. Preheat oven to 375f. Bake for 12 min.
