Ingredients
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 6 ounce lowfat milk chocolate, finely minced
- Â Â One-half c. chunky peanut butter
Directions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat the cream till simmering.
- Transfer to the top part of a double boiler set over simmering heat. Add in the lowfat milk chocolate and let stand till softened, about 1 minute. Whisk till melted.
- Gradually whisk in the peanut butter till the fondue is smooth.
- Makes four tosix servings.
