Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 c. white corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. peanuts (not raw peanuts)
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions

  1. Boil sugar, corn syrup and water till it makes hard ball in cool water. Add in peanuts and cook till syrup is golden. Add in vanilla and soda (mix will foam at this point) pour in a buttered cookie sheet. Let cold, about 2 hrs and break into pcs.
