Ingredients

  • 2 gallons unpeeled, cut up peaches
  • 6 to 8 c. sugar
  • 2 c. vinegar

Directions

  1. Mix and cook till the consistency of peach preserves (It shouldn't be too runny or possibly juicy.) Put in warm pint jars while boiling warm and seal or possibly in freezer containers and freeze.
