Ingredients
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 1/4 ounce. vanilla pudding mix - not instant
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Beat all ingredients together for 2 min at medium speed. Pour into greased round pie pan. Drain juice from a can of peaches. Arrange slices of peaches on top of crust mix.
