peach raspberry blackberry pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz bag frozen peaches
  • 1 12 oz bag frozen raspberries
  • 1 12 oz bag frozen blackberries
  • thaw and drain - blot dry with paper towel
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 batch all butter pie crust (recipe below)
  • egg wash (1 egg and 1 tablespoon water)
  • sugar to sprinkle on top
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 sticks (8 ounces, 16 tablespoons or 1 cup) unsalted butter, very cold
  • vanilla pound cake
