Ingredients
- 6 med. fresh peaches
- 3/4 c. orange juice
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Buttermilk pancake mix
Directions
- Peel and sliced peaches. Cook peaches in pan with orange juice, brown sugar and spices till tender. Pour pancake mix onto warm griddle, spoon in peaches as desired. Flip over when golden. Serve with maple syrup.
