  1. Ago. It came out quite well when I made it and would probably be good made with homemade baking mix, too.
  2. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  3. Mix baking mix, lowfat milk, 3 Tbsp. sugar and the margarine. Spread in ungreased square pan, 9x9x2 inches;arrange peach slices on top.
  4. Mix 1/4 c. sugar and the cinnamon; sprinkle over peach slices. Mix lowfat sour cream and egg; drizzle over top.
  5. Bake 35 to 40 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.
  6. Serve hot and, if you like, with sweetened whipped cream. (We used Cold Whip.)
