Ingredients

  • 9 x Graham cracker pie shell
  • 5 x Peaches -- fresh
  • 12 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. Peach preserves
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Grand Mariner or possibly other
  •     Orang
  • 1/2 c. Cinnamon sugar

Directions

  1. Prepare pie shell In small bowl of electric mixer, beat the cream cheese till light and fluffy. At low speed beat in Large eggs and cinnamon sugar till smooth. Pour filling into the pie shell and bake for 30 min at 375. Cold completely on a rack. Wash and peel peaches. Halve peaches, remove pit and slice them. Arrange over cooled filling. In a small saucepan heat the peach preserves and the Grand Mariner, cook and stir till melted. Press this mix through a sieve and spoon glaze over the peaches. Referigerate till ready to serve.
