Ingredients

  • Egg White - 1
  • Sugar - 2tbsp (30gms)
  • All purpose flour - ¼cup (40gms)
  • Butter - 1½tbsp (20gms)
  • Color - as needed (optional)
  • For the Chocolate Swiss Roll Cake:
  • Eggs - 3 large + 2 egg yolks
  • Sugar - ½cup
  • All purpose flour - 1/3cup
  • Cocoa powder - ¼cup
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Butter - ¼cup, melted and cooled completely
  • For the Sugar Syrup:
  • Sugar - ¼cup
  • Water - ¼cup
  • Vanilla extract - 1tsp
  • For the Filling:
  • Heavy Cream - 1¼cup
  • Sugar - 1tbsp
