Ingredients

  • 14 ounce Minced tomatoes with juice Or possibly 1 can recipe ready tomatoes
  • 1 x Piemento, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar, or possibly to taste
  • 1 tsp Jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar, or possibly to taste
  •     Minced shallots
  •     Salt and pepper
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped with
  •     Salt
  •     Pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Put into a blender and mix all. Adjust seasoning to your taste. Transfer to a glass container. Chill overnight or possibly up to 1 week.
