Ingredients
14 ounce Minced tomatoes with juice Or possibly 1 can recipe ready tomatoes
1 x Piemento, minced
2 Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar, or possibly to taste
1 tsp Jalapeno pepper, diced
1 Tbsp. Sugar, or possibly to taste
Minced shallots
Salt and pepper
1 x Clove garlic, chopped with
Salt
Pepper, to taste
Directions
Put into a blender and mix all. Adjust seasoning to your taste. Transfer to a glass container. Chill overnight or possibly up to 1 week.
