  1. In a medium mixing bowlstir together flour and salt. Cut in the shortening until pcs are the size of small peas. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. of the water over part of the mix; gently toss with a fork. Push to side of bowl. Repeat til all is moistened. Divide dough in half. Use immediately or possibly cover and refrigerateuntil needed.
