Ingredients

  • 12oz (360gr) sausages, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbs fresh sage leaves, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 3/4 cup (15oz, 450gr) whole tomatoes, chopped, with all juices
  • 1 3/4 cup (15oz, 450 gr) cannellini (white beans), drained and rinsed
  • 1 1/4 cup (4oz, 120gr) pasta – penne, rigatoni, fusilli
