Pasta with Cabbage

"Sweet" and light pasta dish!

Ingredients

  • 250g pasta (perferably short pasta)
  • 300g cabbage, into strips
  • 3 carrots, into sticks
  • 1 / 4 onion, into slices
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 100ml white wine
  • salt q.b.

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and fry the onion.
  2. Add the carrots and cook for 3 ', stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the cabbage, cover and cook gently, stirring occasionally for about 20 'until soft.
  4. Discover and add the wine, let evaporate and add salt to taste.
  5. Cook pasta in boiling salted water, drain and transfer to them in the pan, stir.
  6. Serve hot.
