  • 1/3 c. Italian dressing
  • 1/4 c. Fresh basil leaves, minced
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes, crushed
  • 2 c. Cooked shell pasta, liquid removed
  • 6 ounce Albacore tuna, water-packed, liquid removed and flaked
  • 3/4 c. Tomato, diced
  • 1/2 med Avocado, diced
  • 1/4 c. Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Black olives, minced
  • 4 x Green leaf lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine dressing, basil, garlic, and red pepper flakes; set aside. In a large bowl, combine pasta, tuna, tomato, avocado, red onion, and olives. Add in dressing and toss. Line two plates with lettuce leaves, spoon on salad.
  2. Serves 4
