  1. Saute/fry garlic in extra virgin olive oil; add in clams and mussels. Add in basil, sun-dry tomatoes, green onions, fresh tomatoes, butter, parsley and saffron. Simmer till fresh tomatoes are cooked down. When clams and mussels are just about to open, add in shrimp and scallops. Deglaze with sweet Marsala then marinara sauce. Simmer till clams and mussels open. Throw away any shellfish which don't open.
