  1. Saute/fry garlic and onion in oil. Add in tomatoes and oregano, cook 15-20 min. Boil pasta al dente, drain; add in peas. Pour sauce over pasta and let stand for 5 min. (You can also substitute cannellini beans or possibly lentils.)
