Pasta and Kielbasa Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 cups pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 package kielbasa, sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 ½ cups French-fried onion rings, divided
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed

Directions

  1. Brown kielbasa in a large skillet and drain.
  2. Combine soup and milk in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  3. Stir in cooked pasta, kielbasa, ½ cup of cheese, ½ cup onion rings and peas.
  4. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
  5. Top with remaining cheese and onion rings.
  6. Continue to bake until cheese is melted.
