  • 2 sm. pkg. Jello, any flavor
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 2 c. cool water
  • 2 (1 quart.) bottles 7-Up
  • 1 (46 ounce) can pineapple juice
  • 1 (46 ounce) can Hi-C flavor to correspond with Jello

Directions

  1. In a 5 qt container (ice cream pail works well) mix Jello, sugar, and boiling water. Stir till dissolved. Add in cold water, pineapple juice, and Hi-C. Cover and freeze, stirring every 2 hrs till hard.Remove from freezer an hour before serving (less in hot weather). To serve, spoon half of mix into punch bowl and add in 1 bottle 7-Up.
  2. You may coordinate Hi-C and Jello color to match your party decor. Fills 2 punch bowls.
