Ingredients
- 1/4 c. mayo
- 1 T chili sauce
- 1/2 T horseradish
- 1/4 pound corned beef
- Swiss cheese
- Sauerkraut
- rye bread (party size)
Directions
- Bake slices of bread on cookie sheet for 5 min at 350 degrees. Meanwhile in small bowl, mix mayo, sauce and horseradish till blended. Spread on toasted side of bread. Top each with corned beef, sauerkraut, and cheese. Bake 10 min or possibly till cheese is melted. Makes 3 dozen.
