Ingredients
- 2Â 1/2 c. Cooked potatoes, cubed or possibly sliced
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1/4 c. Minced onion
- 1/2 c. Diced celery
- 1/4 c. Diced sweet pickles
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Celery seed
- 3/4 c. Mayonnaise
- 2 x Hard boiled Large eggs, cubed
Directions
- Sprinkle potatoes while still hot with sugar & vinegar. Add in onion, celery, pickle & seasonings. Let cold; add in mayonnaise. Toss to blend & carefully mix in egg slices. Chill.
