Party Cupcake

Using the 'Big Top Cupcake Bakeware',
create the perfect party cake!
Decorate the cupcake however you choose to
and include whatever filling you desire that would
taste good with the types of cake you used this time.
I made Brownie for the bottom & White Cake for the top
with Marshmallow Creme in the middle. Icing & Sliced
Gumdrops finished the decorated cake.

Everything varies (nutrition facts esp.) depending on what kind of
mixes you use for that baking session

Ingredients

  • White Cake Mix (make cake w...)
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 1/4 c water
  • 1/3 c oil
  • cal 280 fat 4g
  • Brownie Mix (make brownie w...)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c oil
  • 1/4 c water
  • 1/2 Can Marshmallow Creme
  • appr 3-4 oz
  • cal 170 fat 2.5g

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 350
  2. Spray both parts (top & bottom) with cooking spray
  3. Mix together all Brownie mix in Mixer until thoroughly
  4. Pour batter into bottom part, place filling insert tightly on top
  5. Mix together all White Cake mix into Mixer- make sure all
  6. is completely clean from brownie mixture first-
  7. until mix thoroughly
  8. Pour batter into top part- leaving room for cake to get higher
  9. (rest of batter is perfect for 24 mini cupcakes!)
  10. Place both top and bottom sections onto cookie sheet in oven,
  11. Bottom will take 10-15 min longer than top section
  12. Once toothpick comes clean, place onto cooling rack until completely cool- then flip over & take out of mold
  13. Spoon in Creme in the bottom half
  14. Place on top of cremed bottom cupcake
  15. Wait appr 15 min & begin decorating
